Privacy Policy

TrakPitch is a service of Sora Music Group OPC, a One Person Corporation duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines (SEC Reg. No. 2022070061333-05).

What we collect

Artists: email address, artist name, track titles and links, genre, any note you write to creators, and your credit purchases and balance. Creators who review your track see your artist name, the track and your note — never your email.

Creators: name, email address, social handles and profile links, follower and view counts, audience countries, content niche, accepted genres, and payout details (method, account name, and GCash/Maya number or PayPal email). Your name, handles, niche, genres, tier, price and review statistics appear on your public profile. Payout details are visible only to the TrakPitch team.

If you use the contact form, we collect whatever you enter there.

Why

To run the service: log you in, deliver tracks and feedback, enforce posting deadlines, keep the credit ledgers, pay creators, and email you about each of those.

Who processes it

Supabase (database hosting), Resend (email delivery), Gumroad (payment processing). To confirm who published a post, we send post links to TikTok's and YouTube's public embed services. Payouts are sent through GCash, Maya or PayPal. Each has their own privacy policy governing data handled on our behalf.
