TrakPitch connects artists with content creators on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Artists pay creators, in credits, to listen to their music and, if the creator chooses, to feature it in a post. By buying credits, sending a track, or joining as a creator, you agree to these terms.

For artists

Credits

Credits are sold in fixed packs through Gumroad (Standard: $25.00 for 27 credits; Pro: $50.00 for 56 credits; Label: $100.00 for 120 credits). They are added to the TrakPitch account with the same email address used at checkout. Unused credits never expire. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are non-refundable once spent. Any refund under the rules below is returned to your balance as credits.

Sending a track

Each creator's price has two parts: a review fee and a post fee. Both are held from your balance when you send. The creator has 7 days to accept or pass, with written feedback either way.

  • If they pass, they earn the review fee and the post fee comes back to you.
  • If they don't respond in time, both fees come back to you.
  • If they accept, they earn the review fee and have 7 days to publish a post using your track.

Posting rules

  • A creator may ask once for 3 more days. You can agree, or cancel the post and take the post fee back immediately. If you don't answer, the extension stands.
  • If the creator misses the posting deadline, the post fee comes back to you automatically.
  • Within 24 hours of the post going live you may request one redo, with a reason (for example: the song isn't audible, or it was posted to the wrong platform). The creator then has 48 hours to repost or the post fee is refunded. Either side can ask TrakPitch to review a disputed redo.
  • If you don't request a redo, the post fee is paid to the creator. If the post is deleted within 7 days after that, report it from your dashboard and we will review it; if we confirm it, the post fee is refunded to you.

No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee views, likes, streams, follows, virality or any other outcome. No legitimate service can. What you pay for is a creator's honest listen and written feedback, and, if they accept, a real post using your track that follows the rules above. You confirm you own or control the rights needed for creators to use the track in their posts.

For creators

  • We review every application by hand and may decline, pause or remove any creator at our discretion. Your tier and price are set by us from your stats and may change; the price of anything already sent to you does not.
  • Every review needs honest, written feedback of reasonable length, whether you accept or pass. Accept only tracks you actually intend to post.
  • Every post must be disclosed as a paid partnership using the platform's own tool — TikTok's “Paid partnership” toggle, Instagram's “Paid partnership” label, YouTube's “Includes paid promotion” — as those platforms' rules and local advertising law require.
  • Posts must be published from an account approved on your TrakPitch profile, use the track audibly, and stay up. Deleting a post within 7 days of being paid for it can reverse the post fee.
  • Earnings are in credits. Post fees are held for 7 days before they can be withdrawn. Withdrawals are paid manually to GCash, Maya or PayPal at $0.55 per credit, minimum 20 credits, usually within two business days. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

Earlier submissions

Tracks submitted through our original free-review form before the creator network keep the terms they were submitted under: free to submit, a one-time fee only if approved, and no refunds once that fee is paid.

TrakPitch is operated by Sora Music Group OPC (SEC Reg. No. 2022070061333-05), a One Person Corporation duly registered under Philippine law.
